Lead with trust.
Join the revolution in leadership with the counter-intutive practice of asking more questions, instead of giving out more advice.
Years spent training leaders and caring for teams that experienced conflict or devastatingly toxic leadership led me to the practice of listening well. A core tenet in listening well is asking good questions - questions that shift paradigms and often generate new action.

I developed a training on how to ask powerful questions, based on my experience as a trainer, coach and spiritual director. This training has helped hundreds begin to incorporate good listening and good questions into their daily life.

Now the core of that training is the content of this book - a practical guide to deep listening and good question-asking, with exercises and sample powerful questions to use.
